Hoy se dio a conocer en vivo desde el Hotel Beverly Hills de Los Ángeles, California los nominados a los premios Golden Globes , que revelaron quienes serán los próximos candidatos para llevarse la estatuilla y quienes fueron elegidos por 400 miembros de distintas partes del mundo quienes seleccionaron lo mejor del año.
La lista sigue un poco la tendencia que se venía dando en otros premios y nuevamente vemos una disparidad en la selección de director donde solo una mujer está presente, Chloé Zhao con “Hamnet”, la acompañan en esa categoría, Guillermo del Toro con “Frankenstein”, Ryan Coogler con Sinners, Jafar Panahi con It Was Just an Accident, Joaquim Trier con Sentimental Value y Paul Thomas Anderson con “One Battle After Another”. Trier y Panahi se repiten la nominación en la categoría de Mejor Película de No Habla Inglesa. Neon, en ese contexto sigue siendo el estudio con más nominaciones y en el caso de la distribución, con 22 producciones (De Televisión y cine), Netflix.
En el ámbito televisivo, el mexicano Diego Luna fue nominado por Andor y Adolescence, como se veía la tendencia con sus respectivos protagonistas Owen Cooper y Stephen Graham, también fue parte de a nominación, junto a Severance y Adam Scott que se repiten el plato de otras selecciones paralelas de premios.
